3. Initial Assessment

Candidates may be required to complete an initial assessment as part of the admission process. A minimum score of 60% is required for admission, unless otherwise specified. Meeting the minimum assessment score does not by itself guarantee certification or placement assistance.

4. Admission

Admission is confirmed only after the candidate satisfies applicable eligibility requirements, successfully completes the required admission assessment, required documents are submitted and verified, and the applicable course fee or approved payment arrangement has been completed. Ourovionix Academy reserves the right to reject an application where the candidate does not meet prescribed requirements or where submitted information cannot be verified.

The program is delivered through an online learning model using the Ourovionix Academy LMS Application and other designated digital learning platforms. Students are responsible for maintaining a suitable computer or compatible device, reliable internet connectivity, required software and applications, and a suitable environment for attending live sessions and completing assignments.

6. Attendance Requirements

Students are expected to maintain the prescribed attendance throughout the program. A minimum of 90% attendance is required for eligibility for the Ourovionix Academy certificate, subject to the applicable program requirements.

7. Assessment & Certification

To be eligible for the Ourovionix Academy certificate, the student must: maintain a minimum of 90% attendance; achieve a minimum of 90% in the final assessment; and complete any other mandatory academic or practical requirements prescribed for the program. Enrolment in or completion of the training program does not automatically guarantee certification.

8. Course Content

Ourovionix Academy reserves the right to make reasonable changes to course modules, learning materials, faculty/instructors, class schedules, assessment methods, learning platforms and program structure. Such changes may be made to maintain educational quality and alignment with industry requirements.

9. LMS Access & Learning Materials

LMS access is provided to enrolled students according to the applicable program terms. Course materials, videos, documents, presentations, assignments, assessments and other learning resources provided by Ourovionix Academy are intended solely for the enrolled student's educational use. Students must not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, share, record, or commercially exploit Academy learning materials without prior written permission.

10. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct during live classes, discussions, assessments and interactions with instructors and other students. The Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for serious misconduct, academic dishonesty, harassment, unauthorized sharing of course materials, impersonation, fraudulent activity, or other violations of Academy policies.

11. Academic Integrity

Students must complete assessments and assignments honestly. Any attempt to cheat, copy another student's work, impersonate another candidate, manipulate assessment results, or share examination content without authorization may result in cancellation of the assessment, suspension of LMS access, or termination of enrolment.

12. Placement Assistance

Where placement assistance is included in a particular program, such assistance is provided subject to the eligibility requirements communicated by Ourovionix Academy. Placement assistance does not constitute a guarantee of employment, salary, job title, interview selection, or employment with any particular organization. Employment decisions remain solely with the respective employer. Candidates who miss any advised interview will not be eligible for further placement assistance.

13. Student Information

Students are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and admission. False, incomplete, misleading, or unverifiable information may result in cancellation of admission or withdrawal of program access.

14. Intellectual Property

All Academy branding, course content, training materials, documents, graphics, videos, presentations, assessments and other educational resources remain the intellectual property of Ourovionix Academy and/or their respective owners. No part of the program may be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without appropriate authorization.

15. Suspension or Termination

Ourovionix Academy may suspend or terminate a student's access where there is violation of these Terms & Conditions, academic misconduct, unauthorized sharing of course content, non-payment of applicable fees, fraudulent information or documentation, or serious misconduct. Any refund consequences arising from termination will be governed by the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.
